My foot loves FINDing thé presser foot on thé first try

I purchased presser foot mats for my seing machine and surger. Thé corde on thé serger is shorter than optimal which causes my foot to need to search around when I’m ready tongo. This little pad keeps everything lined up.

My oldest Sister loves her Muffling Mat I gifted to her. I kept the 2nd one for me but have been too busy to Sew! She says it really does decrease the noise of her sewing machine. I bought this originally because my sewing table was not as stable as I wanted it. Not only did the mat shore up the table, making sewing smooth but it also protects the surface and lastly- does muffle very well. I bought another so I can take it with a travel machine.
